Director, EHSS: Strategy, Safety & Sustainability Leader

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHSS) to lead the site EHSS strategy for a manufacturing campus and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will partner with the Site Head and SLT, embedding EHSS principles in strategic decisions and daily work.

The role focuses on risk-based safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainability, driving audits, governance, and performance improvements while building a high‑performing EHSS team onsite.
