Job Description
The Director, Destination Technical Lifecycle Management is responsible for the strategic oversight, optimization, and lifecycle management of marine and land‑based technical assets (power plant, water production, waste water treatment, water amenities equipment/ technology, solid waste management/ recycling, food & beverage equipment, fire detection and supression, irrigation, etc.) across the company’s seven private destinations.
This role owns the end‑to‑end definition and governance of tenderboat acquisition, planned maintenance definition, and dry‑docking strategies. In close partnership with Destination Operations and Asset Management teams, the position ensures robust planned maintenance system (PMS) inputs, accurate KPI tracking and reporting (i.e. asset downtime, cost of ownership), clearly defined spare‑parts strategies, and disciplined Opex and Capex financial accountability.
