About your tasks:
Own the full P&L of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands business, including revenue growth, profitability, gross margin, and portfolio performance.
Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Redcare and nu3 brands across multiple European markets.
Own the end-to-end value chain from portfolio strategy and product innovation through product development, sourcing, quality, supply readiness, launch, and lifecycle management.
Lead and further develop the Own Brands organization while orchestrating execution across cross-functional teams that are largely outside your direct reporting line.
Build strong partnerships with Category Management, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execu...
