Director - Business Development

Aspen Medical is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Director – Business Development to lead the identification, development and conversion of strategic growth opportunities across the healthcare, government and corporate sectors. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, this senior leadership role is responsible for building a high-quality pipeline of new opportunities that fuels our Capture & Bids function and supports the organisation's long-term growth strategy.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on creating opportunities where none previously existed. You'll engage with executive stakeholders, shape market strategy, lead a high-performing business development team and represent Aspen Medical across industry, government and corporate networks. While the role can be based anywhere in Australia, Brisbane or Canberra are strongly preferred, inline with our office locations.
