WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborate on strategic investment with property management, insurance, treasury and capital projects teams to craft and execute investment strategies that maximize value and performance.
• Execute acquisition due diligence efforts in partnership with acquisitions, financing, property management and capital teams to ensure seamless transactions.
• Continuously liaise with property management counterparts, providing clear direction and objectives for stakeholders with diverse skills overseeing the generation and stewardship of operating budgets.
• Regularly evaluate asset performance metrics inclusive of asset plans, building matrices, budget-to-actual reporting, and measurement of priority projects as part of organizational strategic planning and budgeting.
