Director, Advancement

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as Director, Advancement. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads Majurity's resource mobilisation and donor partnership function — accountable for ensuring Majurity is well‑resourced to pursue its mission and that every donor relationship is built on genuine alignment, not transactional generosity.

This is not a fundraising role in the conventional sense. Majurity does not chase volume. It builds relationships with donors who are motivated to give strategically, and who want a philanthropic partner who will challenge them to give well, not just gratefully. The Director, Advancement is the architect of that partnership model, spanning two interconnected mandates: securing the capital that funds Majurity's work, and advising Majurity's philanthropic partners as they navigate the social sector with clarity and confidence.
