Director, Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Acquisition to lead performance marketing initiatives across TelevisaUnivision’s streaming platforms. This role will be responsible for driving subscriber acquisition and growth through data-driven paid media strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, budget management, cross-functional execution, and analytics.

KEW RESPONSIBILTIES

• Own end-to-end paid media budget management, including annual and quarterly planning, monthly forecasting, and in-flight pacing across all performance channels.

• Serve as the primary steward of media investment, ensuring dollars are allocated efficiently to maximize acquisition, retention, and overall business impact, partnering closely with Finance to align forecasts, re-allocations, and performance outcomes, providing clear rationale and executive-ready budget narratives.
