Take charge as a Directional Drill Crew Foreman with RFNOW in Virden, Manitoba. Manage site operations and ensure safety and quality on construction projects.
In this full-time role, you will lead RFNOW's drilling operations, coordinating tasks and mentoring your team in efficient practices. Your proactive supervision will ensure the successful installation of fiber-optic infrastructure throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This outdoor position involves travel and requires a focus on maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily site operations for the Drill Crew
• Plan necessary materials, equipment, and manpower
• Coach team members on safety protocols
• Conduct daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety
• Submit site reports and complete safety documentation
Requirements:
• Relevant construction experience in the field
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s licence is essential
