Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ reservations experience within a tour operating environment
• Strong knowledge of Southern & East African destinations
• Experience creating FIT itineraries from quotation through to travel documentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Tourplan experience will be a distinct advantage
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
