Job Title: Director of Operations - Architectural Millwork Location: Long Island, NY Industry: Architectural Woodwork / Millwork (not residential cabinetry or fixtures) Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all areas of our architectural millwork business. This role serves as the critical bridge between office management (project managers, engineers, logistics) and the shop floor (foremen, production teams).
