Job Description The Dining Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing professional customer service, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth dining operations. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience. • Take customer orders and coordinate with service and kitchen teams. • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve basic customer concerns. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas. • Support operational activities during peak hours. • Follow service standards and hospitality protocols. Requirements Qualifications • Minimum 9th Pass. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
