Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position is a resource closed to operations (Mexico level) ensuring a proper management of Digital transformation and solutions support. Lead the Digital Transformation strategy across all sites, ensuring continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital tools aligned with the company integral vision.
Responsibilities- Own and drive the Local Digitalization Roadmap – ensures that the Digital Standards are deployed and used, organizes the Digital roadmap, conducts regular reviews identifying any deviance, and organizes additional training if needed.
- Participate in the champion community led by the Business Process Owner.
