Role Purpose

The Digital Transformation Business Partner is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for the governance, execution oversight, and successful delivery of digital initiatives. The role acts as the primary execution partner to the Digital Transformation Manager, ensuring that approved digital initiatives are well‑defined, properly governed, delivered on time, and realize measurable business value. This position requires a self‑sufficient leader who can independently manage complex digital initiatives while also personally performing business analysis and data analysis when required.
