Digital Trading Manager - Home Energy Solutions

What you’ll be doing:

• Home Energy Solutions digital planning. Build, budget and coordinate the Digital plan to ensure delivery of activities, measure results and optimise. This includes but is not limited to plans for visibility on the website (Trading, Content) and digital marketing (PPC, Email, etc.).
• eCommerce. You’ll be responsible for the Home Energy Solutions website experience in order to maximise the volume of form submissions / appointments / leads, and Sales. Based on insights and best practice, you’ll propose continuous improvements, test & learn, to drive change and growth.
• Content. You’ll ensure the content on the website is relevant and deliver the best possible informational content in order to give users reasons to confidently choose Wickes Home Energy Solutions and to submit forms / book appointments - and subsequently invest in products and services.
