Role:
We're hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist with strong SEO focus to grow TestTrick's organic visibility, traffic, and inbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute SEO strategy (keyword research, content plan, on-page SEO, internal linking)
- Publish/optimize blogs and landing pages to rank for HR tech & hiring keywords
- Monitor performance in GA4 + Search Console; improve indexing, CTR, and conversions
- Support technical SEO fixes with the dev team (crawl, Core Web Vitals, site health)
- Support link-building/outreach and social distribution to amplify content
