Experience Required

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and overall performance.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data‑driven optimizations.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and events.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
