Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for School Partnerships, Career Guidance Programs, Career Fairs, and Student Admissions. Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid marketing campaigns. Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, CPL, CTR, and ROI. Develop and manage social media content calendars across all platforms. Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, landing pages, and marketing collateral. Monitor website performance, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting. Manage lead generation funnels and coordinate with the sales team for lead closure. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new growth strategies. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in EdTech, Education, or Lead Generation.
