Digital Marketing Executive (Campaign Operations)

As a Campaign & Account Executive, you will manage the end-to-end execution of client campaigns while owning client servicing and account maintenance tasks. You will act as the key liaison between our internal teams, external partners/freelancers and clients to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deliver against KPIs, and renewals are proactively managed. You will work closely with the Sales Director to support renewals and growth of existing accounts. Our clients range from international brands such as Singapore Airlines and Klook to local favourites such as Seoul Garden and Delifrance. This role is open only to candidates based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign & Client Delivery Set up project dashboards in Asana for each new campaign: define tasks, deadlines, assign resources, monitor progress.
