Job Description
Digital Manager, 数字营销经理
+ 负责目标客户在公司数字平台的整体运营工作，并对客户活跃度、满意度负责；
+ 根据目标客户运营目标，制定年度活动及内容策略，并协同销售团队推动客户端落地执行；
+ 梳理客户结构，建设客户画像及分层标准，并针对不同层级客户整合内部资源，规划及执行差异化的运营策略，提升客户忠诚度；
+ 充分了解和学习行业及品类知识，调研客户经营、增长中各环节的问题和需求，完善平台服务能力建设，持续优化运营策略；
+ 分析业务数据及客户在平台的行为数据，总结归纳资源有效率、客户运营痛点、产品策略等存在的问题并落实解决方案，持续挖掘并完善标杆案例、运营方法论。
