Digital Innovation Specialist, Group Innovation & Lab, Group Digital Banking

You'll build and drive Maybank's digital innovation capability, operating as a hands‑on individual contributor, with the potential for the function to grow should the work prove its value. The role carries visibility with senior leadership at key decision points and is deliberately hands‑on: your job is to find the bets worth making, prove them with real pilots, and build a repeatable way of moving ideas from concept to decision. You start solo; if you've built from a standing start before, that's exactly the challenge you're looking for.
