Responsibilities

• Promote Aik Digital's services and offerings to potential clients.
• Conduct on‑ground outreach to increase user adoption of the digital banking platform.
• Assist customers in setting up their Asaan Digital Accounts (ADA).
• Provide product knowledge and support to clients regarding digital banking features.
• Maintain relationships with existing users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
