The Digital Enablement Team supports Global Business Services (GBS) by delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen data transparency, and enable continuous process improvement. Operating within the Digital Strategy and Deployment team, this role partners closely with GBS Operations leadership and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to advance digital initiatives across global service operations.
The Digital Enablement Senior Business Analyst supports cross-functional initiatives spanning automation, data analytics, reporting enhancement, data transformation, KPI expansion, and web-based application enablement.
