- Analyse and structure business needs and translate them into functional and solution requirements.
- Support business units in identifying appropriate digital solutions in line with the principles of reuse, corporate services, and digital-ready policymaking.
- Assess and compare solution options (corporate services, existing systems, cloud or low-code solutions) and provide recommendations based on functional, technical, security, and governance considerations.
- Contribute to IT governance processes, including preparation of documentation and inputs for the IT and Digital Management Board (ITDMB) and IT investment assessments.
