Digital Banking Growth Advisor

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking a Community Advisor for the FNB Points of Presence (POP) team in Greytown. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage migrations to digital channels, and drive sales and service targets to enhance customer engagement.

This role requires a minimum of Grade 12 and a preference for NQF Level 5 qualifications in Banking or a related field, along with strong communication skills and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
