Job Description
Transform insights into action as a Digital Analytics BI Expert at Transat. Harness Google Analytics (GA4) to enhance customer experiences and marketing performance online.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Analytics and Data, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining scalable BI solutions. Your expertise in designing data pipelines and configuring tools such as Google Tag Manager will ensure that analytics is effectively utilized across channels. You will also make strategic recommendations to improve the analytics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and maintain data pipelines for GA4
• Model and document GA4 events to aid analysis
• Optimize Google Analytics setup and performance
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for effective BI solutions
• Assist in creating Looker dashboards for user insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• Minimum of 6 years in BI and analytics roles
