Job Description
Serve the Six Nations community as a Registered Dietitian specialized in child and youth nutritional care. Focus on innovative programming and family empowerment through nutrition.
In this contract role, you will report to the Child and Youth Health Team Program Supervisor and cater to the nutritional needs of clients aged 0-18. Engage families by providing practical recommendations and interventions that utilize the nutrition care process. Your aim will be to foster health and wellbeing within the community through targeted support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and address dietary needs for children and youth
• Design and implement community nutrition programs
