What You'll Do:
- Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care
- Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident's needs
- Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing
- Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding
