DIETARY AIDE
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: DIRECTOR OF DIETARY SERVICES OR FOOD SERVICES SUPERVISOR
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the table set up, delivery and service of food and beverages for all meals provided. Dish and pot washing as well as general cleaning of kitchen and kitchenettes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist cooks as required in preparation and portioning of all food;
- Transport food supplies;
- Perform clean up procedures for work area s;
- Fill supply requirements for kitchenettes;
- Clean kitchen and dining rooms, including floors as required;
- Clean and store food and dish carts;
- Collect, clean and store dishes from all areas;
- Assist pot washing and dish machine duties;
- Assist daily operation and maintenance of the dish machine;
