Die Attach Process Lead – Yield, Quality & Optimization

Nexperia in Seremban, Malaysia is seeking a Process Sustaining Manager to lead its Process Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring high yield, quality, and productivity in Die Attach manufacturing processes.
