We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dialysis Associate, Outpatient - Per Diem - Bethpage.

In this role, the successful candidate Performs various patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort and safety of the patient with consideration to their age and cultural background. Works under the direct supervision of the professional nurse and performs duties as delegated

Job Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned.

Provides and facilitates the activities of daily living for patients in accordance with the plan care and dialysis unit flow. Addresses any patient issue with the nurse.
