An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join our client’s dealership in Croydon, Surrey. This well-established, manufacturer-owned dealership offers a supportive environment for skilled technicians looking to develop their careers.

Salary & Benefits for the Diagnostic Technician:

Basic salary up to £37,500, with OTE reaching £44,000

Sign-On Bonus: £1,500 including:£750 on joining£250 upon brand accreditation £500 after 12 months of service

Additional basic pay per month for MOT-qualified technicians

Company Car Scheme: Access up to two company-branded vehicles, including insurance, servicing, breakdown, and tyre cover

Performance-based bonuses and rewards

Generous pension contributions up to 7%

42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota
