• To prioritise recovery jobs / tasks, with priority to dispatch CRS recovery team / tow contractor to scene immediately for urgent incident / case reported
• To be able to use to track bus breakdown location and promptly dispatch recovery truck to scene
• To decide on the most expedient mode or means of recovery
• To track recovery jobs / tasks until completion and update them in the CRS portal
• To activate tow contractor for heavy / complicated recovery work when the need arises (eg, crane services)
