Job Description
Lead critical flights in Northern conditions as a DHC-7 Captain. Ensure safety and top-notch performance through expert management of short runway operations and collaboration with ground teams.
We are looking for a DHC-7 Captain who can successfully navigate challenging Arctic terrain. This role requires supervising multi-crew flight operations while upholding high standards of safety. You will be integral in enhancing flight safety and service reliability in remote communities, managing flights with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all phases of flight with a safety focus
• Manage operations to short gravel runways
• Establish high CRM standards and mentor the crew
• Make informed weather-related decisions for safety
• Perform thorough threat assessments for flights
Requirements:
• Minimum 4,000 hours of flight experience
• At least 2,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command
• Required DHC-7 Type Rating
