We’re hiring a DevOps Lead to join a leading UK digital infrastructure organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of software engineering through AI and modern DevOps practices .
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage an agile engineering team while staying close to the technology—owning the full technical stack and driving delivery of cloud-based applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, analysts, and QA specialists in an agile environment
- Own the end-to-end tech stac k (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, databases)
- Drive delivery of scalable, secure cloud-based solutions
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, priorities, and delivery
