Devops Engineer (Mongodb / Cloud Platform) (Gerona)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with MongoDB experience to join an international team focused on building and evolving cloud-based database services.

• Design, deploy, and improve MongoDB-based database services in cloud environments
• Automate operational processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency
• Work with Kubernetes for orchestration and lifecycle management (including operators/controllers)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
• Monitor systems and ensure high availability, performance, and security
• Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on MongoDB-related topics
• Support complex troubleshooting and incident resolution at an advanced level
• Stay up to date with the latest MongoDB features and cloud-native best practices
