Overview
Tuusula – the art of action! The municipality of Tuusula is seeking an energetic and skilled Development Project Manager for housing projects on a permanent basis starting from October 1, 2026, as part of the Growth and Environment Division's Vitality, Housing, and Development team. The role involves diverse collaboration and development work related to housing and housing policy.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with developers through meetings and newsletters
- Prepare statements for state-supported housing projects
- Oversee the monitoring of the MAL housing program and the municipality's annual housing policy review and reporting
- Actively engage with stakeholders and represent Tuusula municipality in the KUUMA housing group, MAL housing group, and Keusote housing group
- Promote and develop housing construction in Tuusula in cooperation with developers
