Job Description
Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria:
- Post Graduate Qualification : Business Management or Property Management highly recommended
- 3+ years experience in media and advertising as well as contracts negotiations advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Power Point and Excel are required
- Working knowledge of GIS system or other property/inventory management system advantageous
- Must be proficient in writing and compiling of business proposals
- Experience in working with municipalities is essential, with good knowledge of Outdoor Advertising Bylaws
- Understanding of legal contracts and contracting leases
- Must have Drivers License, own car, and ability to travel to areas / towns within KZN
- High energy candidate who is able to network
