Our client is a locally established residential developer with a strong Fraser Valley presence and a focus on delivering high-quality homes for end users and local communities.

They are looking for a Development & Acquisitions Manager to support land acquisition, feasibility, municipal approvals, entitlements, consultant coordination, and active development execution across a growing residential portfolio.

This is a hands-on role in a flat, entrepreneurial environment. It is not a remote role, not a highly layered corporate-platform role, and not the right fit for someone looking for a title-driven move or a short-term landing spot before returning to the Vancouver development market.
