About The Role

Assist in planning, budgeting, administration and operation of development coordination; undertake technical analysis and provide recommendations on developments under subdivision or site plan agreements; prepare servicing reports; coordinate and manage municipal development projects; represent the Building and Development Division at meetings and committees; conduct extensive field investigations to verify submitted plans and drawings.
