**ABOUT YOUR ROLE:**
You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, executing the sourcing strategy and managing end-to-end product development. This role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with vendors, the Brand Development Team, and cross-functional teams to meet calendar milestones and key performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing operations.

Collaborate with relevant personnel to execute the product development process, ensuring that the brand’s product development adheres to seasonal calendars and expectations.
