Responsibilities Interpret business / customer requirements to provide timely solutions Response time, reaction time, turnaround time in line with SLA Accurate and timely advice to customers and or stakeholders Maintain and develop enhancements for daily operations Attend to change of applications and reports Troubleshoot and attend to problems with applications and processes Maintain relationships with all divisions within the Bank Internal Processes KPAs Design and develop fully functional software programs Provide information with regards to applications which have been developed, and sign off documentation Create installation and user manuals Participate in Strategic Projects Testing of all applications Assist support staff in resolving Help Desk Calls Provide user training on modified produc...
