Job Description

The successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, government remittances, and month-end processes. You will manage vendor communications and maintain organized financial documentation across various activities, supporting both internal teams and external accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable process and vendor statement reconciliations
• Process payroll timely and maintain accurate payroll records
• Prepare and submit HST and WSIB returns
• Maintain organized internal financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end reconciliation and reporting efforts
