Fletcher Building Limited in Tauriko seeks a Despatch Team Leader to coordinate and oversee despatch operations on the afternoon shift. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will lead a high‑performing team of Despatch Operators within a fast‑moving manufacturing and distribution site.
