• 18:00 – 06:00
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Despatch Shift Leader to ensure the timely despatch of quality products in line with production plans and customer specifications. This role plays a critical part in achieving operational performance targets while leading, developing, and motivating teams to deliver excellence every shift.

You will be responsible for people leadership, operational effectiveness, food safety, and Health & Safety compliance within the Despatch department, supporting continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.
