Desktop Support Technician (Onsite – Zanesville, OH)Client: Oil & Gas
Location: Zanesville, Ohio (100% onsite)
Position SummaryUnder general supervision, the Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of PC hardware and peripherals. This role supports end users by troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware inventory, and ensuring adherence to company security, safety, and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, and related peripherals following established procedures
Troubleshoot hardware and system issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Manage and update tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair and replacement as needed
