Desktop Support Technicians (Multiple Openings) – Onsite | San Diego Area
We are hiring multiple Desktop Support Technicians to supplement our current team supporting a local healthcare customer during a large-scale Active Directory and Microsoft 365 migration.
+ 100% onsite | Monday–Friday
+ Start: Mid–late July
+ Duration: ~3-month contract
Overview
This is a hands-on, command Center / cutover support role providing real-time assistance to end users—including clinical staff—during migration waves. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot login/authentication issues tied to AD/M365 migration
+ Resolve device access and application sign-in issues (old vs. new credentials)
+ Support mobile device re-enrollment
+ Deliver high-touch, customer-focused support during critical migration periods
