Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide both onsite and remote technical support to end users. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive user experience. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, traveling locally as needed, and supporting a variety of desktop and hardware-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide technical support to end users through phone, remote, and onsite assistance.
+ Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software.
