Location: Malaga (fully on site) – Permanent - Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 p/a
OverviewJoin a world‑class IT services provider in Spain. The role supports both internal staff and clients, handling support tickets, maintaining endpoint, meeting room, and workplace technologies, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of support ticket cases from intake to resolution within the defined scope.
- Maintain endpoint, meeting room, and workplace technologies across supported offices and locations.
- Manage joiner, mover, leaver (JML) activities in accordance with processes and SLA boundaries.
- Support projects to improve processes, scripting, automation, or workflow for enhanced end‑user experience.
