Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Support specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance in a fast-paced marine terminal environment in Florida. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving end-user issues, working directly with physical IT infrastructure, and staying active throughout the day rather than sitting in a traditional office. The role supports approximately 46 onsite users and requires a strong service mindset, solid troubleshooting ability, and comfort working around operational equipment while following site safety requirements.
