Desktop Support Engineer

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues. Replace faulty components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, SMPS, and processor. Install Windows, drivers, antivirus, and application software. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic networking problems. Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT equipment.
